Social Media Promotion: We will mention your sponsorship in select social media posts leading up to and after the event.
Station Logo Placement: Your logo will be prominently featured on the photo station and event overlay.
Verbal Acknowledgment: Your sponsorship will be acknowledged during the event.
Data Collection: Collect valuable attendee data, including email addresses and phone numbers, through the photo experience.
General Admission Tickets: Enjoy two general admission tickets to the event.
Terms & Conditions
The event sponsorship is subject to a mutually understanding-upon agreement outlining the specific terms and benefits for both parties.
Each sponsorship category can be optionally absorbed by the sponsor through the delivery of the items or services intended for that specific sponsorship level. This flexibility allows sponsors to maximize their involvement, benefits, and brand exposure while ensuring a seamless and mutually beneficial partnership.
Payment or exchange for the sponsorship package is due upon acceptance of the agreement and before the event date or during the event in accord to exchange.
The sponsor's logo and promotional materials will be displayed and used as outlined in the sponsorship package, ensuring maximum exposure during the event.
Logo format specifications: Please provide the sponsor's logo in high-resolution PNG or vector format to ensure the best display quality in event materials and promotional
items.
One industry category exclusivity: As a sponsor, your company will be the exclusive representative from your industry category, ensuring maximum visibility and standing out as a key player in the event.
